Sepia Effect Tutorial Intro

This tutorial will guide you through steps to make add an old, brown-coloured effect to your images. It's especially nice when you want to make the mood seem sad. Your final product will look something like this:

1. Open up your image. I will be using the one below.

2. Desaturate your image with Image > Adjustments > Desaturate. It should be grey now.

3. Click Layer > Layer Style> Colour Overlay. Set the blend mode to Soft Light and the colour to #DC8027.

4. Voila! Easy, isn't it.
