Some of the default brushes that Photoshop already provides for you may not meet your standards, and you could do with
new brushes right? This tutorial here will teach you how to install brushes that you personally downloaded off the internet.
Installing Brushes Tutorial
1. First, open up Photoshop, duh.
2. Now go to your tools palette, and choose either the Pencil, Brush, or Eraser tool, it doesn't matter.
3. Once you've selected a tool, the menu bar at the top will change according to whichever tool you selected. Beside
the word "Brush", there will be the picture of your current brush, and a tiny arrow pointing down. Click that arrow. (1.)
Once you've clicked the small arrow, a list of your currently installed brushes will show up. There will be another tiny arrow
pointing to the right (2.), so click that, and a list of commands for your brushes will show up. Look around the middle for
"Load Brushes..." and click that.
4. Now you can load whatever brushes you downloaded, saved on your desktop or whatever. Photoshop does provide some more
brushes in the package, so look in the Adobe folders to load them. Keep in mind that some brushes that you download off the internet
need to be extracted, so it won't work when it's not extracted.
