First of all, you need a program called Adobe Photoshop to make this magic work. If you don't have it (they are pretty
expensive programs), you can download it here, for a free trial version, I think.
This tutorial will be an image tutorial as well, to provide clear and concise instruction. The text tutorial associates with
the image tutorial as well, so you can follow the instructions as well as know where to click on your Photoshop.
Well, anyway, this tutorial will teach you to make something like this:
Text Tutorial
1. Open up Photoshop (duh), and open up a new document by pressing Ctrl+N and adjust the size to whatever you want.
2. Write your text. You can change the font and size by using the menu on the top.
3. Go to your layers palette (to your right) and double click the tab that says your text on it.
4. A new window will open up that says "Layer Style" on it. At the very bottom, you will see "Stroke". Click "Stroke",
and adjust to your liking. Click the rectangle of colour to change the colour of the border you want, and change the size by
dragging the arrow left or right, left making the border bigger. Press "OK".
5. Just like magic! Your text now has a border around it!

Click the the above image for a larger version if it's too hard too see.
